Terms of Use
Terms governing access to TD Manager
Effective date: May 7, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TD Manager, which is operated by THREE DOTS STUDIO S.C (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and access model
TD Manager is a workspace and production management tool intended for professional use. User accounts are created and managed internally by workspace administrators. External users do not self-register for accounts through the public site. Public share links may be provided to invited recipients for deliverable review or selection workflows.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful business or professional purposes connected to project planning, scheduling, production coordination, deliverables, and related workflows. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to process unlawful content.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must notify your workspace administrator or hola@threedots.studio if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User content and workspace data
Users and workspace operators are responsible for the project data, documents, deliverables, notes, lyrics, scheduling information, and other content they upload, enter, or manage in the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content and to share it through the service.
5. Google Calendar and third-party integrations
TD Manager may connect to third-party services, including Google Calendar, when configured by a workspace administrator. When Google Calendar is connected, the service may create, update, and delete calendar events that reflect records managed in TD Manager. The application does not rely on Google Calendar as its source of truth, and direct edits in Google Calendar may not be reflected back into the application in the current version.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party integrations complies with the applicable third-party terms and internal workspace policies.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or change parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may affect access from time to time.
7. Acceptable use restrictions
You may not:
- copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the service except where permitted by law;
- use the service to transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious material;
- circumvent authentication, permissions, or technical safeguards;
- use automated means to overload or impair the service; or
- misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of a workspace or third party.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user or workspace is violating these Terms, creating security risk, misusing integrations, or exposing the service to legal or operational harm. Workspace administrators may also disable or remove user access internally.
9. Intellectual property
Except for user-provided content, the service, its interface, software, branding, and related materials remain the property of THREE DOTS STUDIO S.C or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THREE DOTS STUDIO S.C will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes related to the service will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
